Production is paying someone to make the thing. Licensing is paying for the right to use it. Two line items, always separate, on every proposal.
50% DEPOSIT HOLDS DATES · BALANCE NET 15 · DELIVERY IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS · FULL USAGE RIGHTS LICENSE ON EVERY PACKAGE · WE RETAIN COPYRIGHT AND PORTFOLIO USE · THIRD-PARTY LICENSING QUOTED SEPARATELY
A 50% deposit holds your dates; the balance is due net 15 after delivery. Reschedule 14 or more days out and the deposit moves with you once at no charge. Cancel inside 14 days and the deposit covers the held dates. Weather reschedules never count against you and never touch the deposit.
Every asset is licensed to your property worldwide, in perpetuity, on every channel you own: website, booking page, booking sites, email, paid social, print. No renewal fees, no per-channel licensing, no expiry date. The only right we keep is showing the work in our own portfolio. It is written into the agreement before the shoot, not negotiated after.
Kate is usually already in the region. Travel is a short flight or a train, billed at cost with no day rate and no markup. Room nights come from the accommodation your property provides for the shoot. Travel is its own line in the quote, so you approve the full number before anything is booked.
Ten business days from the last shoot day. Rush at +25% when the calendar allows it. Everything arrives electronically in one organized delivery: full-resolution and web-ready stills, verticals cut for the platforms you run, film in the formats your site and ads need. One revision round included. No physical media, nothing to courier, nothing to lose.
Tell us the property, the timing and what is driving it. If Kate is already in your region that month, you are not paying for her to fly in, and we will say so. If she is not, flights and ground travel are billed at cost, with no markup, as their own line in the quote. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to get you a number.
