How we price.
Production is paying someone to make the thing. Licensing is paying for the right to use it. Two line items, always separate, on every proposal.
Delivery.
Ten business days from the last shoot day. Everything arrives electronically in one organized delivery: full-resolution and web-ready stills in 16:9 and 4:5, verticals in 9:16 cut for the platforms you run, film in the formats your site and ads need. Files arrive named and organized, metadata embedded. One revision round included.

Usage rights, in plain language.
Full usage rights worldwide, forever, on every channel you own: your website, your booking page, Booking.com and other booking sites, paid and organic social, email, print. We retain copyright and portfolio use. If a third party wants to license the work, that is quoted separately and never comes out of your rights.
Insurance and compliance.
Kate carries her own kit and works alone on site, so there is no crew to house or feed. Property and talent releases are signed on the day.

What we need from you.
ACCESS · A room list and a named contact on the day.
NIGHTS · A room and meals for the shoot nights, plus one buffer night. If Kate is not already in your region, flights and ground travel are billed at cost as their own line in the quote.
PERMISSIONS · Property permissions are yours; we tell you exactly which apply before we quote.
Check our dates.
Tell us the property, the timing and what is driving it. If Kate is already in your region that month, you are not paying for her to fly in, and we will say so. If she is not, flights and ground travel are billed at cost, with no markup, as their own line in the quote. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to get you a number.
